Refund Policy

This policy explains when xnudes.app may review a refund request for token bundles, unlimited plans, and related purchases.

General Rule

Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable once tokens, credits, or paid access have been delivered to your account.

When A Refund May Be Considered

  • Duplicate charges for the same order.
  • A technical failure where payment succeeded but tokens or paid access were never delivered.
  • A clear billing error caused by our systems or payment flow.

When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

  • You changed your mind after receiving tokens or access.
  • You were suspended for violating our rules or attempting fraud.
  • You used part of the purchased balance and then requested a refund for the remainder.
  • The issue was caused by unsupported devices, local configuration, or a third-party wallet or card problem outside our control.

Email [email protected] with your account email, order reference, payment method, and a short explanation of the issue. Contact us promptly so we can investigate while payment logs are fresh.
