What We Encourage

You must be 18+ and meet the age requirements in your area. If you do not, you cannot use our website or services.

• Create original adult AI content and share your work on the internet and social platforms in a lawful, respectful way.
• If you regularly post your creations and collect strong engagement, email [email protected] and we may grant a complimentary GOLD upgrade at our discretion.
• Share feedback, report bugs, and suggest features in our Discord suggestion channels so we can improve the product.
• Only upload or reference images you own or have explicit permission to use. Respect privacy, consent, copyright, and publicity rights at all times.

What We Prohibit

• Underage content. Any content depicting, implying, or stylizing characters as under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Non-consensual content. This includes coercion, assault, threats, blackmail, revenge content, or any scenario where consent is absent or unclear.
• Real people without consent. Do not upload, generate, edit, or share content using a real person's likeness, photos, or identity unless you have their explicit permission.
• Illegal content. Do not create, post, or share anything that violates laws, regulations, or court orders in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Harassment and hate speech. We do not allow bullying, stalking, threats, or hateful content targeting race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or similar protected characteristics.
• Impersonation and fraud. Do not pretend to be another person, public figure, brand, or service, and do not use the platform to scam or deceive others.
• Replication of identifiable people. Characters must remain fictional or sufficiently transformed and must not resemble, mimic, or mirror identifiable living persons or public figures.
• System abuse. Attempts to hack the service, bypass payment, exploit paid features, overload the generator, scrape restricted systems, or degrade service for others are prohibited.
• Incapacitated or exploitative scenarios. Content involving sleeping or unconscious subjects, intoxication, drugging, inability to consent, bestiality, zoophilia, copro, or similar exploitative themes is forbidden.
• Violence and signs of violence. Content involving bruising, scars, blood, handcuffs, restraint, injury, or visible coercion is not allowed.
• Obtaining paid services by deception. Attempts to lie, manipulate staff, abuse refunds, or obtain paid access without payment may result in a permanent block without refund.

Use of Watermarks

Content generated on xnudes.app may include watermarks or other authenticity markers. These help protect our rights and indicate the origin of generated content.

• Do not remove, edit, crop out, tamper with, or obscure watermarks without our explicit written permission.
• Do not materially alter protected output in ways that misrepresent the source, ownership, or authenticity of the content.

Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines or affects your rights, report it to us. We will review reports and may remove content, restrict access, or contact authorities where required.

Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in content removal, generation blocks, token forfeiture, payment restrictions, account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate. We enforce these rules at our sole discretion to protect users, creators, and the service.
